Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number (RMA) - please provide your order number & the reason for the return. Returns accepted should be in unopened, unused condition unless the product did not meet expectations. Returns that meet these criteria will be refunded the full purchase price. Customers may be responsible for return shipping cost.
